“Hi! Thank you for providing an opportunity to review our experience travelling with Croatia Bus from Zagreb to Sarajevo at 12.30pm on Saturday 27 May. The quality and physical comfort of the seats were good and the driving was good... however we had a big issue with the fact that the toilets were locked and not available for use by passengers for an 8 HOUR TRANSFER. We were told the toilet was broken, and find that this was totally UNACCEPTABLE for an 8 Hour Transfer and believe the bus should not have been used if the toilet was broken. The driver and co driver were rude when asked about the toilet and appeared to have no interest in our concern or comfort. ”

“Vollo ticket reference numbers: 16568-10814-1432 and 16567-10814 -14332. I arrive back from the Balkans yesterday and have to advise of the following situation: My tickets show departure time from Kotor to Shkoder as 9:10. When I arrived at the station they said that the time of departure had been changed to 10:40 for some time. I was concerned for two reasons, that while the departure time had been change for weeks, you as my booking agent had not advised me of the change and to make matters worse, the Bus Station charded me two Euros for each ticket to make the change. I was our of pocke by four Euros and put up with the unnecessary aggravation of having arrived at the station an hour and half before time and pay for the change of which I had no idea. I look forward to your forwarding me the four Euros I had to pay and I hope in future you will advise you clients if there is any change in the departure times. Thank you. Surinder.”
